Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility & Access - Cabins are available to members with a dedicated cabin plan. - Access is restricted to authorized users only; sharing access is prohibited. - Entry is allowed during official hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) unless 24/7 access is part of the plan. 2. Privacy & Conduct - Cabins are private workspaces; users must respect noise levels and avoid disruptions. - Loud meetings or calls should be conducted with doors closed or in meeting rooms. - No subletting or using the cabin for non-work-related activities. 3. Cleanliness & Maintenance - Users must maintain cleanliness and avoid leaving food waste or clutter. - Housekeeping will be provided once daily; additional cleaning can be requested at extra cost. - Any damage to furniture or fixtures must be reported immediately. 4. Amenities & Usage - Cabins include high-speed internet, power outlets, ergonomic furniture, and lockable storage. - Printing, scanning, and meeting room access may be included or billed separately. - Tea/coffee, pantry access, and guest reception are available as per membership tier. 5. Security & Surveillance - CCTV monitoring is active in common areas, not inside cabins. - Users are responsible for securing their belongings and locking the cabin when leaving. - Any suspicious activity must be reported to the management immediately. 6. Custom Branding & Setup - Users may personalize their cabin with branding (e.g., nameplate, logo) upon approval. - Furniture rearrangement or installation of equipment must be pre-approved. 7. Termination & Violations - Breach of policy may result in warnings, fines, or termination of cabin access. - Refunds are subject to terms outlined in the membership agreement.
